Review

Saeed is a star of Egypt's younger mainstream, and this recording makes abundantly clear why. Not only is she a fine singer, but both her vocals and the arrangements subtly rework the conventional elements of mainstream pop -- string sections, contrasting solos for ud, nay, etc. -- to sound hip but never too revolutionary. It's savvy, but also very effective. ~ John Storm Roberts, Original Music, Rovi
