Notes: I just love this sweet rock n roller. Eddie Cochran died in 1960 aged just 21 and this song was released posthumously - spooky eh? I hope he found his girl to love in heaven......... I hope you like it :)
This is a very nice rendition of a rock
song. Great voice you got there girl!

Hi Woolfdawg, although I'm being nice in
regards to the way you sing I'm also
being honest when I say you have a
lovely voice, I think you should change
your name to ACAPELLA because thats what
your good at. do you know It's not that
easy to sing without the music? and you
do it so well.

Awww that is so sweet of you! Thank you
so much Colin, for your very kind
comments, I do appreciate it.

A really nice rendition Woolfdawg,
especially your softly spoken voice at
the end well done, I must confess
although I've been a rocknroller all my
life 'Eddie' never came to mind, until I
came across one of his songs on you tube
20 Flight rock, great song. It's sad
that many rock and roll singers died so
Posted by colin1945 on 06/09/2008.
Yes, he was a great loss, this song I
sang came out posthumously, too. I love
20 Flight Rock too, such fun!

Thanks so much for being nice about my
singing, Colin, I do appreciate it. This
is such a sweet song, I think.

Thank you so much Mitchie! Eddie Cochran
died far too young and I think this is
such a sweet little song.

My taste is wide y'know, Miss Monica.
Thank you so much Missy for the nice
comment. I think it's such a sweet song
with a lovely simple sentiment.

This is one of me and him indoors
"songs we sing in the car on long car
journeys". I really ought to mark them
as "car songs" or something. When I get
a chance I will put comments on my car
songs - some or sung by me, some by him,
but the best ones are the duets! (One
day I will get him to sing on here, but
don't hold your breath).

Such a liar - you commented on it ages
back. If I knew your email addy, I would
spam you hard.

Bah my reply went in the wrong place.
You are still a liar though :O

The best thing to do with Howard
is............. I don't know,
Posted by w00fdawg on 04/12/2008.
That was way back in prehistoric 2007.
Beyond the recollection of humankind.
Doesn't count.

Thank you for your kind comment on this
ditty, MI, which may bring it to the
notice of my eager public............

OOh I will check you out later (can't
now as have to have volume turned off).
Yes I like a bit of Eddie. Wouldn't it
be nice if we could sing a duet?

Thanks for commenting, this is such a
sweet song.

I was hardly at all surprised to see
your little green topiary icon, w00fie,
when I finished singing my own Eddie
Cochran song. We seem somehow musically

Awww thank you Jazzgirl. This is the
basic formula for happiness, after all!
The more sophisticated version is of
course, found in Nat King Cole's Nature
Boy "the greatest thing you'll ever
learn, is how to love, and be loved in
returned". I am just an ol' softie, Jazz

Didnt know this song, quite happy theme
and so simple, the formula to hapiness:)
Oh and the end, when you whisper, very
sexy miss woof lol
